Many threads&posts over at their forums, and lots of complaints at the Uplay reddit. Anyway, tickets were submitted using their support system, and now up to 8-9 days later for some, we still haven't heard from Ubisoft. Well, technically the cash were reserved on our cards, so hopefully the funds will be released back to us automatically. Trouble is that our credit cards were charged every time. This lead to many trying a second time, thinking they filled out the CC info wrong, but the same thing would occur again. No other explanation of what happened, or what the issue was. After filling out the CC form and clicking buy, we got a "404 page not found", no download available and no entry in the order history. But due to an unknown issue, the purchase transaction failed. The Anno 1800 game, was just released, and many had hoped to be able to play the game during Easter break. Before Easter break, many customers, myself included, experienced problems trying to buy games on Uplay.

As a somewhat-struggling multiplayer-centric title, a new Steam port could only serve to widen the Roller Champions audience and benefit the game as a whole. But, given the clarity of these two leaks, it seems highly likely that we can expect an official announcement from Ubisoft soon.

The publisher essentially left the platform in 2019, choosing to release all of its PC out via its in-house Uplay service and later on Epic Games Store. There is increasing evidence that Ubisoft is getting set to make its return to PC’s popular digital retail platform, Steam.
